Test paper for efficiency monitoring of milk pasteurisation.
The ROTITEST®Phosphatase paper, impregnated with detection reagent, is cut at one end and allowed to soak by dipping it into a sample of the milk to be analysed. During incubation at 37 °C for 2 hours in maximum, a yellow colouring shows presence of Alkalic Phosphatase, hence the non-efficient pasteurisation of the milk.
Sensitivity of the phosphatase test system is 0.5 % raw milk in pasteurised milk. This test system does not provide quantitative data.
